  • Windrock Analyzers

    The Windrock 6400 portable analyzer system provides fundamental information used to assess the mechanical condition and performance of engines and compressors. The 6400 also provides early warnings of potentially catastrophic running conditions and gives actionable economic data to support maintenance. It can determine the mechanical condition of machinery, such as fuel injection equipment, piston/liner wear, valve/injection timing, unbalances, gas leakages, bearing issues etc. It evaluates power production, consumption, efficiency and compares actual operation against theoretical models. 

  • Diagnostic Capabilities

    Capable of measuring plus diagnosing following parameters: Peak firing and Compression pressure, Fuel Injector and Pump performance, Valve Timing and function, Liner and Piston Ring scoring, Main and Big End Bearing damage, Turbo Charger vibrations and Bearing wear, CW and Lube Oil Pump wear, Engine and Base Frame vibration, Generator Bearing wear, Auxiliary Rotation Equipment malfunction.

  • Equipment Analysis Service

    This service contains measurement of engines and auxiliaries by certified expert with on the spot diagnostic check for abnormalities. In case needed adjustments and/or inspections are carried out to find and correct abnormalities. All collected data is analyzed  as well by two analysts of the Technical Service Windrock USA. A comprehensive report with measurements results, equipment condition and maintenance advise is provided.  

             

  • Remote Analysis Service

    This service is for customers who have their own analyzers for regular check-up of their equipment. The crew is trained to carry out data collection on their equipment and able to do basic analysis. Collected data is send as well to Windrock Technical Service for detailed analysis. A comprehensive report with measurements results, equipment condition and maintenance advise is provided.
